Cratloe Players, Sean Chaplin, Barry Duggan, Conor McGrath, Michael Hawes and Cathal McInerney at Pairc Michéál Ui hEithir this week to promote the Cratloe GAA Race Night at Limerick Greyhound Stadium on Friday 23rd of September.
The countdown is truly on for Cratloe GAA’s Race Night at the New Limerick Greyhound Stadium on Friday night, the 23rd of September.
This special night of Greyhound racing action commences at 7;45pm when a 12 race card begins, each kindly sponsored through the generosity of local businesses and friends of Cratloe GAA.
Ryan Oil, The Olde House, Sixmilebridge, Browne's Autobody Repairs, Complete Insulation Services, John Gleeson's Garage, Electrical Rewinds, Woodcross Bar, Setright's Tavern, Friend's First, Ciarán's Bar, Ennis and The Abbey Tavern, Quin are the 11 race sponsors on the night with the bumper race being the final of an A2 class stake which has been running for the past few weeks, kindly sponsored by Fabricated Products.
Club Members will be hitting the roads of the parish this week in an attempt to sell tickets for what promises to be a fantastic night of fun and racing for all the family. There are two options available to the public who wish to travel.
The opportunity to nominate a dog racing on the night will be available to patrons at €30. If your greyhound, whose name will be printed alongside yours in the race card, wins, you will be photographed with the winner and will receive a memento from the occasion. A public draw pairing nominators with dogs will take place in the Cratloe clubhouse before the event.
Entry without nomination is €10 per ticket and children Under 16 are free.
